How much does the program cost?

The first month's membership, which includes boxing gloves, hand wraps, and dYme boxing jr. t-shirt is $150. Each month after is $100. Financial assistance is available. Completing the Dyme Boxing Jr. Request For Financial Assistance document does not automatically guarantee that financial assistance will be provided. This assistance is based on the information disclosed by the requester, the availability of funds and at the discretion of Dyme Boxing Jr. and its affiliates.  Click here for more information.

What are the training times?

Youth boxers train Monday - Thursday at 4:00pm or 5:00pm. For the safety of the boxers and their families Dyme Boxing Jr. follows Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools' delay and closure schedule.

Is the program co-ed?


What ages are accepted into the program?

What documents do I need to register?

Becoming a participant of Dyme Boxing Jr. requires participants and their parent or guardian to read and provide consent by signing the following forms: 

  • Registration and Release of Liability 

  • Medical History  

  • Participant Agreement  

  • Parental Agreement  


Who will coach my child?

Our coaches are certified USA Boxing volunteers who undergo a background check and successful completion of the USA Boxing certification.

What equipment will my child need?

Upon becoming a member of Dyme Boxing Jr. your child will receive the necessary euipment for boxing training. Additional equipment will be required for competitions at the expense of the parent or guardian.
